My daughter has me intrigued by the fabric and paper beads she’s making. I plan to start making some myself. We’ve become fascinated with beads for embellishment in our projects.

I’m always interested in learning about new ways of crafting - so far I’m into scrapbooking, cross-stitching and crocheting. I am eager to see what else is possible! Thanks for the contest!

I used to crochet quite a bit until my babies came along. Now my craft projects are egg carton caterpillars with pipe cleaner antenna and brown paper sack puppets. I’d love to have something a little more “adult!”

I’m an eclectic crafter and love to try new designs and see other artists’ work.

    Thanks for the contest!

This sounds like the “best” contest for crafters! I have done crafts since I was in Brownies. I am now 50. I knit, crochet, stamp, make cards, dry flowers and a little sewing. I am not creative myself but if I can get an idea from a magazine, online or at a store I can usually come up with something. Thanks for the contest.

We’ve been working on a scrapbook with my niece, so scrapbooking book would be a wonderful help. I’m always beading something, but I haven’t had a chance to start any Christmas projects yet.

I would very much like to win a scrapping prize. My 17yr old daughter was in a fatal auto accident her sr yr in high school. the support group I attended has a memory scrap book, that has 2 pages dedicated to their child. When I new unwilling member to this club no one wants to join, comes in they are given the scrap book for a week or so to make their memory pages.

When it was my turn, I did a scrapbooking collage with bits and pieces of quotes, fabric threads, everything that was Jill, and coated it with decopage. I am surprised at the time I had the wits about me to make it.

Some of the older members asked me to update their pages for them, which I was happy to do. and now I can offer comfort to the new comers by offering to scrap their 2 memorials pages.

No memorial is ever alike, and altho it makes me so sad to have to add another child to our book, it also brings me healing thru being able to help someone just beinging their nightmare.

I am single, have my toy poodle Ginger who helps with picking out papers and things to use, but wining a prize like this would go a long ways in my personal therapy, and well as bring some sort of comfort to greiving mothers who have had to bury a child.

Thank you for letting me share, and if anyone has any ideas for me to serve better, please let me know.

Oh, oh, can I enter? I’d love to win this. I haven’t even seen the book, Bead Journey, here in Australia, yet. I’d so love to see the calendar, because I won’t get to see it until it’s already 2009 in my local stores. And I’d just love to win a beadie pack of goodness & inspiration.

I am working on a chain maille watchband (can’t finish because my daughter changed her mind about one aspect of it and now I don’t have the right clasp) and several other projects at the moment. Besides, I just love to win things. ;-)

Thank you so much for all the cool tips. I am always on the lookout for inspiration. I love anything creative and them try to use ideas from one medium in another one. After all it is all creative and interconnected. I would just love to win this package.

I’d love to win this for my wife. She’s always doing craft projects over the holidays (especially a scrapbook, but other stuff, too). She could probably bling up her Sumobot also :)

I love any fiber art crafts. At this time I love knitting. I have just taught myself on how to knit socks. I would love to win the prize, because any crafter knows that there is not a craft out there not worth learning.

I love free stuff! I love crafting! I love to get free stuff for crafting! I’ve been hop-skip-and-jumping around all sorts of crafts–beading, quilting, crocheting beads, knitting, decoupage–and I love seeing what other people are doing. I’m always picking up new tips and ideas. It keeps me from going crazy.
Also, we’re way broke right now, which is depressing. I’ve been resisting the urge to go into any craft stores just to keep away the temptation to add to any of my stashes. . . . I’ve been making do with books from the library, but it would be so wonderful to have a package arrive of craft stuff. New! For me!
Anyway, great site. Keep up the good work.

I’d love to be entered in your crafts package giveaway. I do a little bit of everything because I’m a K-12 art teacher. Right now I’m into art journaling a lot. I also love to knit during the colder months so I’m sure I’ll be doing that soon too.
