Disposeable Trash Can

I think I have found a very ironic twist to our very throw-away society–the fact that I can create a disposable garbage can. I know everyone does it now and again–but hear me out.
All you have to do is get a cardboard box that you don’t want anymore, and place it in a convenient location. Then, when it fills up, you don’t have to pull out the bag or tie anything up–just fold down the flaps and toss into your dumpster (or whatever your garbage is carried away in).
Pictured above is a disposable trash can I made from a box of disposable diaper wipes–wrap your mind around that!

I’m pathetic, I re-use my disposable garbage cans. If they do not get wet, I pull the bag out. If it gets wet, with nothing ooky, mind you…I pop other boxes in it to recycle.

Something else you can to with those diaper wipe boxes is to retape them shut, perhaps with newspaper stuffed inside for a bit of wight, then let your baby use them as huge building blocks.
My kids love this!

I’ll have to try that out–though my little one is too small to lift them just yet.

Well, then he/she can fit in. Instant disposable BABY storage. ;-)
